About the Role
Elesta Family Office is seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual HR Manager to oversee core human resources operations and support the development of efficient HR processes across the organization. This role requires a professional who can manage HR administration end-to-end while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism expected in a Family Office environment.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding — while ensuring that all HR processes are structured, compliant, and aligned with internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding processes.
- Prepare, review, and maintain employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
- Manage employee records and HR databases, ensuring accurate and confidential documentation.
- Support and administer the performance review process, including scheduling, documentation, and communication with managers.
- Assist leadership with HR policies, procedures, and internal HR initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure proper offboarding procedures, including documentation, system updates, and exit coordination.
- Support HR reporting and maintain HR documentation standards.
- Contribute to maintaining a professional, supportive, and structured workplace environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or HR Management.
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (contracts, onboarding, offboarding, performance management).
- Fluent Russian language skills are required; professional English proficiency is also necessary.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
