We're Workable, and we're passionate about making great HR software. We've built an all-in-one HR platform that over 30,000 companies have used to find, hire, and manage their people. Our journey began in 2012 with a vision to simplify recruitment, especially for those who aren't full-time recruiters. We wanted to create tools that do the heavy lifting, allowing companies to focus on what truly matters: building a great team and a successful company. We believe in empowering businesses of all sizes, from small startups to large enterprises, across any industry. If you care about time-to-value and ease-of-use, and want a solution that's quick to implement and adopt without lengthy training sessions, then we're a perfect fit.

Our platform is designed to redefine HR with intelligent tools that streamline hiring, employee data management, time tracking, and payroll. We started with a focus on recruiting, developing a world-class Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Recognizing the importance of sourcing top talent, we invested heavily in building strong partnerships, becoming a top partner for Indeed and LinkedIn. Our candidate sourcing suite includes features like one-click posting to over 200 job boards, access to a database of over 400 million profiles, AI-powered passive candidate identification, and tools for employee referral programs and creating beautiful, branded careers pages. Over the years, we've expanded our offerings beyond recruitment. In the last few years, we've ventured into comprehensive HR management, including employee profiles, document management, and time off tracking. We're continuously evolving, with recent additions like our HRIS platform and a performance management suite, and we're always looking towards the future to anticipate the needs of demanding businesses that need to stay ahead in a fast-paced market. We're a global team, with offices in Greece, the US, the UK, Singapore, and Australia, all dedicated to solving real problems and taking our work seriously.
