The ideal candidate will be able to deliver strategic creative solutions to brands such as Meta, Amazon, Salesforce, Redbull and Shopify by training, growing and leveraging our globally distributed team of top-talent creatives. You will need to have a unique ability to merge world-class creative thinking, creative operations, and Art Direction and design with innovation and tech to bring an overarching strategy to our customers.
What You'll Do
- Creating a Framework: Develop a comprehensive framework for positioning Superside as the go-to creative partner for our clients. This involves crafting internal processes and methodologies that define our unique approach to creative work.
- Top-Tier Case Studies: Identify and spearhead top-tier case studies and projects that showcase Superside's creative capabilities. These initiatives will serve to solidify our reputation as a creative powerhouse in the industry.
- Upholding the Superside Framework: Define and uphold the Superside framework for developing creative ideas, ensuring consistency and excellence across all projects. You will lead the charge in driving our creative efforts upstream and cementing Superside's position as a creative partner of choice.
- Sales and Ideation: Demonstrate the ability to sell big ideas to clients, leveraging your exceptional conceptual and art direction skills. Your track record of delivering outstanding creative projects will inspire confidence and trust in our clients.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor our creative and project management teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the world of creative ideas and concepts . Your leadership will be instrumental in driving our team towards creative success.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Creative, Communication, or similar field.
- Proven track record as a world-class creative leader in a high-paced, international environment.
- Strong operational and business acumen, and understanding the role of creativity in driving business growth and returns.
- Stellar portfolio with examples demonstrating innovation and tangible results.
- Exceptional conceptual and art direction skills, enabling strategic and creative thinking.
- Excellent sales and customer experience abilities, passionate about building and nurturing client relationships.
- Proficiency in integrated advertising thinking, with a comprehensive understanding of both above-the-line and below-the-line strategies.
- Passion for process and order, adept at developing and implementing efficient workflows and methodologies.
- Strong project management skills, capable of leading multiple projects and customer accounts while delivering top-quality creative within short deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomous, and results-oriented.
- Passion for mentoring and training others towards excellence, happiness, and success.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with exceptional storytelling and group discussion abilities.
