Diversity and Inclusion at Productboard
Equality and diversity are significant parts of our Togetherness value. We want people from all backgrounds, cultures, and groups to realize their full potential. Our Employee Resource Groups and Diversity Council help foster a sense of community and belonging among our international workforce.
On the subject of making the world a better place, every employee can take a paid volunteering day, which they can dedicate to a cause that is close to their heart. On top of this, we implemented a donation-matching program of up to $100k annually to support efforts in fighting inequality. Our CEO, Hubert, personally matched any employee donations made to the Black Lives Matter movement up to $10k.
Towards the end of 2020, we introduced our Employee Resource Groups and Diversity Council. These initiatives are intended to foster community, belonging, and a safe space for all Productboarders. Whether you associate with a specific group, are interested in allyship, or just want to learn more, anyone is welcome to join any of these groups at any time.
