The position
At RemoteEquity, we manage everything related to equity for our customers. Our team of 10 people, distributed across Europe, is responsible for two products. The first product is available to all Remote customers and gives company managers a clear view of equity distribution, streamlines taxation and reporting, and provides educational content to employees about their grants.
Our second is a premium product that enables equity managers to compliantly grant stock options in more than 70 countries. It provides a framework to build your company's equity playbook and delivers comprehensive educational content for employees.
The product team consists of two developers and one designer who work closely with our operations team, legal counsels, and General Manager. You'll also be part of the Remote engineering team, collaborating with numerous Frontend, Backend, SRE, Data, and QA engineers organized into cross-functional development teams assigned to specific verticals.
RemoteEquity's tech stack differs slightly from Remote's main platform (we don’t use Elixir!). We use a TypeScript React frontend that communicates with a TypeScript backend via GraphQL, backed by a Postgres database. We maintain several critical business partnerships and integrations, including one with the Remote backend. For development workflows, we use GitLab for version control and CI/CD, Linear for issue tracking, and AWS for hosting. Our deployment process is fully automated through our CI pipeline, allowing us to deploy multiple times daily.
If you're passionate, curious, motivated, and ambitious, join our team! Apply today and help shape the future of work.
