We have a fast-growing number of customers we’re really excited about. While we want Plain to be awesome for early stage companies, we’re particularly excited about the traction we’re seeing with larger companies who are interested in adopting Plain as part of their stack.
Our task now is to find more companies like that. This is where you come in. The way we sell is consultative and hands-on. We spend a lot of time with our prospective customers, understanding their needs and pain points, making sure that Plain is a good fit for them and helping them adopt our product in a way they’ll get value from. We want to do a lot more of that much better and faster than we do today, and so are recruiting a former support leader to join our team and help us build our go-to-market.
