Compensation and Benefits Apprentice will assist in deploying compensation and benefits initiatives across France, Spain, and Portugal, and will contribute to promoting a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with the global strategy.
Requirements
- Solid academic background with a Master’s degree in HR, ideally with a focus on Compensation & Benefits or HR controlling & Analytics
- First experience or internship in HR is appreciated
- Fluent in English and French (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus)
- Proficient in Excel / PowerPoint and data analysis skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, charts – Power BI is a plus!)
- Comfortable with figure and data analysis, demonstrating rigor and discretion where sensitive data is processed
- Curious mindset, detail oriented and not afraid to share new ideas
