- Research, design, develop, and test graphics frameworks, algorithms, and tools to maximize graphics quality and performance or to maximize artist efficiency.
- Have industry experience working in computer graphics or problems related to computer graphics.
- Working on problems of diverse scope, develop highly scalable and performant systems, algorithms and tools.
- Suggest, collect, analyze and synthesize requirements and bottlenecks in technology, systems, and tools.
- Demonstrates good judgment to develop solutions that iterate orders of magnitude with a higher efficiency, with real-time or near real-time frame rates.
- Receiving little instruction from supervisor, code deliverables in tandem with the engineering team.
- Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.
- Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Graphics, Mathematics or a related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Requires 36 months of experience in the following: - Computer graphics, computer animation, visual effects (VFX), video games, VR/AR, or location based entertainment
- Coding in C, C++, Java, C#, or Python
- Building performant real-time applications
- Creating web applications using Python, PHP, or Ruby
- Implementing web interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, or CSS
- Computer Graphics Frameworks: OpenGL, Unity, or Unreal and
- Front end development of mobile and desktop applications using Qt, ImGui, React, Vue, or Angular.
