What will you be doing:
Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound service; telephone interactions to address a variety of customer inquiries in a consistently polite manner
Processing payments, cancellations, resolving billing issues and inquiries. Handle customer inquiries in a consistently polite, professional, and efficient manner as measured by customer feedback scores
Follow scripting to promote recurring payments and self-service options
Strong capacity to retain information
Aptitude to deliver on all customer requests/concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced and, at times, hectic environment while maintaining a professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently and adhere to assigned schedule with minimal assistance
At ease with multi-tasking in several computer applications at once while holding a conversation with a customer.

What skills you’ll need:
Active Personal Lines or Property & Causality Insurance License in the state you reside
1 -2 year of customer service experience
Proven proficiency with data entry, computer applications, Windows environment, and accessing the internet and e-mail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have a pleasant speaking voice, good articulation, annunciation, and clear diction.
Strong multi-tasking skills: in this role you will need to actively listen while simultaneously entering information into Allstate’s system
Proficient written and verbal communication skills including professional email and telephone etiquette.
Must be highly organized and flexible, as well as able to work independently and in a self-directed manner
Proficiency with Windows PC applications including MS Office and the Internet and should be able to do some basic system troubleshooting, like audio settings, etc.
Flexibility to work the program's hours of operation.
Ability to adapt to evolving parameters, procedures, & call flow
Additional skills:
Have a working knowledge and understanding of vehicle types, including various makes and models
Ability to answer customer inquiries that require an agent's license on coverages, limits and deductibles and review customer policies, discuss options and update customer policy records.
Work at Home Requirements:
High-speed Internet via wired ethernet connection, no Wifi, Satellite or Hot spot
Upload speed of 3 Mbps; Download speed of 16 Mbps
The Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss
Latency under 100ms.
All Hires must have an available cell phone or tablet and be able to install our required 2FA softwared for Multifacator authentication on that device
