Senior Product Designer

Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team and help shape the future of work. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll work closely with our Product Managers, Product Designers, and Developers to design and develop innovative solutions that impact millions of people's working lives.

Requirements

• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
• Experience designing AI-assisted or AI-powered product experiences or using AI tools as part of your design workflow
• A portfolio that includes examples of work related to AI-powered features, AI-assisted workflows, or experiments with AI tools
• Be passionate about design
• Able to learn fast
• Experienced working in fast pace environment
• Experienced in end to end product design for web and app for at least 5 years
• Strong B2B experience
• Have strong knowledge and practice in both UX and UI
• Experienced in design systems
• Know when to go deep on a task and when to execute
