Deel is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead the successful implementation of clients on our Deel Local Payroll system across South Africa and the broader African region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom), Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Postgraduate qualification or certification like PMP is a plus).
- 5+ years of proven experience in payroll system implementation
- Strong understanding of South African payroll laws and compliance standards.
- Experience with various payroll systems and software.
- Ability and interest in client-facing project management
