Requirements
- Assist new and transitioning clients with the migration to Deel’s HR tools, ensuring a smooth and successful roll-out.
- Act as a consultant for client stakeholders to recommend best practices for implementation.
- Perform data imports to migrate client data from their outgoing HRIS to Deel HR, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Onboarding, Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering, to deliver an optimal HR onboarding experience.
