Deel is seeking a Senior Paid Marketing Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing demand generation and sponsorships with editors outside of social media and paid research channels, as well as developing and executing a marketing strategy to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in a similar role of managing sponsorships with editors
- Excellent knowledge and mastery of different purchase models (Reach, CPM, CPL, CPC, etc.) and performance objectives (CPSQO, ROAS, etc.)
- Agility, flexibility, and autonomy demonstrated in project management, from conception to delivery, with various stakeholders
- Creative and analytical mindset capable of testing, implementing, and measuring results while regularly proposing new ideas
- Data-driven approach; ease in setting up dashboards and using recent analysis tools to track performance
- Use of AI tools (such as Claude, Lovable, Gemini) to automate and accelerate manual tasks and analysis
- Strong networking and collaboration skills to improve processes and communication flows with internal and external teams
