CloudOps Engineer

Deel is a global payroll and HR platform that's transforming how teams work. As a CloudOps Engineer, you'll design and manage monitoring and observability tools, oversee Active Directory infrastructure, and supervise AWS deployments. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's breaking down borders and creating opportunities for everyone.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Infrastructure Operations, with 2+ years of focused DevOps experience
• Experience with cloud computing technologies, preferably AWS
• Strong scripting and automation skills such as bash, Python, PowerShell
• Experience utilizing IaC tools, such as Terraform
• Familiarity with GitOps and CI/CD methodologies, utilizing tools like ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with alerting and monitoring tools such as DataDog, Prometheus, and Grafana
• Results-driven mindset with a strong commitment to task completion
• Great communication skills
• Ability to drive projects from inception to implementation
• A self-motivated individual capable of proactive problem-solving and strategic thinking
• Comfortable working in a high-scale, rapidly evolving environment
