We are Apricot International, a nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging the gap between displaced talent and global opportunity. Our mission is grounded in a simple yet powerful belief: while talent is distributed equally around the world, opportunity is not. We exist to change that narrative by connecting displaced and underserved professionals from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA)—with a particular focus on Palestine—to high-quality remote technology jobs.

We operate at the 'last mile' of the employment pipeline, ensuring that skilled individuals can overcome systemic barriers such as legal restrictions and limited mobility.
