Job Description

Chili Piper is seeking an experienced, results-oriented, and highly motivated individual to drive our channel growth efforts in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities of the Sr. Channel Partnership Manager will include building strong, trusted relationships with Salesforce agencies, SIs, and general channel partners in the Salesforce ecosystem to help us grow our business globally.

As a key member of the Channel Partnerships team, you’ll be instrumental in helping us shape and build our awareness and relevance within the Salesforce ecosystem while owning the Salesforce ecosystem Go-to-Market strategy and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute our Salesforce ecosystem Go-To-Market strategy

  • Build relationships with relevant partner stakeholders to help support business objectives (drive enablement, marketing, and sales support across the organization)

  • Coordinate with partners at the leadership level to develop and execute joint GTM plans to drive and hit revenue targets

  • Closely work with internal partnerships, marketing, and sales teams to drive revenue through partners

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of channel sales, partnerships, or business development experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a track record of top performance

  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter who is used to working in a scrappy team

  • Strong interest in technology

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in the marketing automation sector
