I seek a strategic HR leadership role where I can scale people operations, strengthen compliance and industrial relations, coach HR teams, and drive data-informed talent strategies in a collaborative APAC environment.

I am a seasoned HR professional with over 12 years’ experience across SaaS, NGOs, government, and finance, focusing on strategic HR leadership and industrial relations. I align HR practices with business goals across APAC, including Malaysia, Japan, Korea, and Greater China.

At Xsolla I led and coached regional HR teams, established compliance frameworks, and implemented KPI dashboards to enable data-driven decisions. I scaled HR operations from a handful of employees to full regional support, designed compensation programs, and launched benefits packages.

My background includes managing complex HR operations at UNICEF Malaysia and the U.S. Embassy, where I handled recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and policy development while ensuring legal compliance and process improvements. I have hands-on experience with expatriate and contractor management, performance management, and L&D initiatives.
