What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead regional HR strategy and transformation in a multinational environment, partnering with executive teams to build scalable organizations, strengthen talent and leadership pipelines, and deliver technology-enabled people operations across APAC.

I've led regional HR strategy for SYAQUA, SIAE Microelettronica, DOKA Formwork, Wilhelmsen Ship Management, and Walton Berhad across APAC multinational environments.

At SYAQUA, I partner with the CEO and executive leadership across seven countries on organizational transformation, employee relations, workforce expansion, compensation, succession, and localized HR governance. I implemented Workday across six countries and helped scale regional headcount from 150 to 400 through a structured organizational design model.

I build practical, technology-enabled people operations that strengthen compliance, talent pipelines, leadership capability, equitable pay, and employee engagement across borders.
