I’m seeking a People/HR role where I can own cross-border HR operations and statutory compliance (MY & SG), drive HRIS digitisation with SAP SuccessFactors, and use workforce analytics to improve hiring, payroll accuracy, and employee experience.

I’m a detail-oriented HR professional with 7+ years of experience across the full HR spectrum, specializing in cross-border HR operations (Malaysia & Singapore), HRIS administration, and statutory compliance. I’ve built a track record of managing regional payroll and ensuring adherence to both the Malaysian and Singaporean Employment Acts.

I execute end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, manage performance cycles (probation/appraisals), and strengthen policy governance through SOP development. I also lead employee relations activities, including DI/investigations, while coordinating statutory matters for EPF/SOCSO/PCB and CPF/IRAS, as well as HRDC levy/grant management.

I drive HR digitisation and reporting by supporting HR tech platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, PMGM, Learning, Recruitment) and HRIS tools, then translating HR data into workforce analytics and dashboards. From training needs analysis (TNA) and LMS administration to HR reporting and continuous improvement, I bring process rigor to multi-site operations.
