I seek a strategic HR leadership role where I can drive regional/national human capital programmes, influence policy, mentor teams, and deliver measurable organisational impact in a collaborative culture.

I am a strategic HR leader with 14+ years' experience in HR consultancy, policy development, regional human capital initiatives, and national programme execution. I translate national and organisational priorities into tangible outcomes and build long-term value through measurable impact.

I have led ASEAN-aligned projects under Malaysia’s Chairmanship, developed national policies such as Flexible Working Arrangements, and delivered high-impact initiatives including the ASEAN Skills Forum 2024 and ASEAN Year of Skills 2025 content. I have overseen national conference content, represented HRD Corp in strategic engagements, and ensured operational continuity as Covering Head of NHRC.
