Experienced HR Manager with over 8 years of progressive HR leadership experience across internationally recognized hospitality brands, including Marriott International and Banyan Tree Group. I specialize in HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, compliance, and building positive workplace cultures.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led the HR function for three hotel pre-openings, designing HR processes, leading large-scale recruitment, implementing policies, and supporting operational readiness from the ground up. Some of my proudest achievements include:

Leading the HR pre-opening of Moxy Putrajaya (Marriott International), delivering 96% Associate Engagement, an 89% Leadership Index, achieving the highest HR Talent Index within six months, and making Moxy the first hotel in the cluster to achieve 100% iJob conversion.

Supporting the successful pre-opening of Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur and Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur Managed by Banyan Tree, where I was promoted to Assistant HR Manager, nominated as the Brand Ambassador (2018), received Manager of the First Quarter (2022), and Manager of the Year (2022) awards and achieving 100% SafeSanctuary Audit compliance during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Beyond results, I enjoy partnering with leaders, improving HR processes, developing people, and creating workplaces where employees feel engaged, supported, and empowered to perform at their best.
