I've built and delivered training, customer service, and operational programs across financial services, government, retail banking, and large-scale call centers. My work spans 16 years in training and development, 14 years in call center environments, and six years in human resources and recruiting.

At Truist Financial, I facilitated an 11-day virtual training program for Heritage SunTrust Premier Wealth employees and partnered with leadership to support organizational change. At OneWest Bank and Washington Mutual Bank, I delivered customer service, systems, retail lending, sales, leadership, and new-hire training while creating virtual modules, job aids, skill checks, and other learning materials.

I've also led customer service operations at Illumitex, managed temporary staff onsite for Randstad, recruited and supported hiring at OneWest Bank and Northstar Travel Group, and supported taxpayer inquiries and ITIN document processing at the Internal Revenue Service.

I bring a practical, people-focused approach to adult learning, policy development, employee engagement, performance management, and customer satisfaction. I'm fluent in Spanish and comfortable working across Microsoft, Google, virtual meeting, recruiting, HR, and training platforms.
