I'm currently supporting visitors, calls, appointments, correspondence, and office records at Exact Marketing Limited in Nairobi. I also assist customers while providing administrative support to management and staff.

Previously, I helped oversee daily shop operations at Baltic Textiles Limited, coordinating staff, managing inventory and restocking, maintaining records, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. I began there as a Sales Assistant, supporting product selection, purchases, sales records, and store documentation.

My earlier experience includes maintaining a safe, hygienic workplace at Creative Consolidated and assisting with office supplies. At Pendo Letu Foundation, I supported student education and mentoring while maintaining records and providing administrative support.

I'm detail-oriented and organized, with five years of sales and customer service experience. I enjoy learning new skills, professional development, networking, and contributing to smooth organizational operations.
