What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a customer-facing call center or sales role where I can use my Turkish, support and sales skills, handle high-volume inquiries, and grow within a collaborative, training-focused team.

I am a customer-focused call center agent with experience in non-voice live chat support, inbound/outbound calls, and telesales across telecom and mobility accounts.

At Xceed (Keeta account) I provide real-time support via live chat, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate complex cases while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Previously I handled calls and WhatsApp inquiries at RATPDevMobility and sold internet packages at Etisalat.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Turkish Language from Cairo University (Very Good with honors) and I study Turkish at Yunus Emre Enstitüsü, bringing B2 Turkish and B1 English language skills.
