What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-focused role where I can support customers, resolve issues, meet service and sales targets, and use my communication and follow-up skills.

I've supported customers at WE (Telecom Egypt) since 2020, handling product, service, account, and technical inquiries while maintaining service quality.

I work toward customer satisfaction, KPIs, and sales targets in a fast-paced telecommunications environment. My experience includes complaint handling, follow-up, outbound calling, and customer relationship management.

Previously, I conducted customer follow-up and feedback calls at Xceed and created and edited online articles for Tojjor. I bring clear communication, problem-solving, and a customer-focused approach to every interaction.
