What I'm looking for

I am seeking a direct customer service role (preferably at Talabat) where I can deliver high CSAT, improve quality and AHT, and grow my CRM and teamwork skills.

I am a final-year Commerce student with over 1.5 years of hands-on experience as a customer service agent at Teleperformance, supporting Talabat. I consistently maintained CSAT above 80% and was rated an "Achiever" in performance reviews.

I deliver client support through calls and chat, maintain high standards in quality and Average Handling Time, and I am comfortable with CRM platforms and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I type 60 WPM, excel at clear communication and problem-solving under pressure, and gained negotiation and presentation experience as a sales representative.

I'm seeking a direct customer service role where I can bring exceptional support, drive measurable results, and continue growing my CRM and customer-experience skills.
