What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that fosters innovation and allows me to drive impactful business strategies while working in a collaborative environment.

I run the product function at Wagewell, a Kenyan fintech serving thousands of workers across East Africa, and I built that function from nothing as the first non-founding hire. I set the strategy that re-sequenced the company around employer distribution. Before this I founded a payroll SaaS and took it to USD 25,000 a month, so I make product calls with the P&L in view, not just the backlog. Three years running product fully remote across engineering, compliance and commercial teams.
