I'm looking for a localization or program management role where I can own global content delivery, build scalable AI-assisted workflows, manage linguist and vendor networks, and improve quality and efficiency across multilingual products.

At NetShort, I run end-to-end English localization for 40+ overseas short-drama titles, from asset preparation and linguist assignment through delivery review, LQA, and issue closure. I built a North American linguist pool from zero, created English style guides and glossaries, and introduced an AI-first-pass plus human-QA workflow that improved delivery efficiency by 30%+.
