I am a cybersecurity professional with a strong academic background (B.S. Cybersecurity, A.A.S. Cybersecurity) and hands-on experience in technical support, systems imaging, and network device configuration. I maintain a high standard of work and a 3.97 GPA demonstrating academic excellence.
In my roles as Technical Support Specialist I diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues, create technical documentation and user guides, and build and deploy computer images to specification. I have supported academic and hospital environments and have experience mapping and configuring network printers and peripherals.
I bring prior project leadership and engineering experience from roles as Project Director and Junior Engineer in Ecuador, plus teaching and graduate assistant experience supporting students and instructors.
