I'm currently supporting users and IT operations at Healthesystems as a Service Desk Technician, following an earlier contract role with the same organization.
At NTT DATA, I supported, repaired, configured, and upgraded Windows desktops and laptops. I resolved Cisco VPN issues, managed Windows firewall access, administered SharePoint groups and permissions, and used ServiceNow for requests, incidents, inventory, and deployments.
I've also supported onboarding and offboarding, Active Directory permissions, application licensing, asset tracking, Application Vault maintenance, and conference-room audio/video technology.
Earlier at CPU Staffing, I contributed to project planning, client recommendations, security training materials, website updates, and communications. I hold an MBA in Cyber Security Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management Information Systems, and I'm seeking to apply my IT support background in cybersecurity.
