What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own troubleshooting and documentation, collaborate across teams, and grow deeper into cybersecurity—using ethical hacking, security awareness, and data/SQL skills to protect secure, high-performance systems.

I’m a results-driven Technical Support Technician with hands-on experience troubleshooting, system maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration. I improve resolution times through effective diagnostics and root-cause analysis, while keeping services stable through software installations, updates, and configurations.

I document technical processes, create user guides, and build training materials to support knowledge transfer. I also conduct hands-on trainings for new staff, and I’ve designed and implemented equipment aids/tools to strengthen repair and maintenance for mechanical systems and building infrastructure—along with supporting operational monitoring and security-aware practices in controlled environments.

Beyond support work, I’m building expertise in data analysis, machine learning fundamentals, and ethical hacking through ongoing education and certifications. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science (Harvard University via Harvard Extension School) and I’m progressing through EC-Council ethical hacking/cybersecurity coursework, with CEH in progress and CISSP (Associate) in progress as I pursue full certification.
