I am a customer-focused professional with approximately seven years of experience across customer service, call-centre operations and financial services, supported by a completed Diploma in Law from UNISA. My career has developed strong skills in client communication, problem-solving, administration, handling sensitive information, working with processes and systems, and maintaining professionalism in fast-paced environments.

I enjoy roles where I can help people, solve problems and contribute to efficient operations. My legal studies have strengthened my attention to detail, analytical thinking, written communication and ability to understand and work with rules, procedures and documentation.

I am particularly interested in remote opportunities in customer support, client services, financial services, administration, operations and legal support. I am also interested in technology, business and continuous professional development. I learn quickly, adapt well to new systems and environments, and am comfortable developing new skills where I do not yet have direct experience.
