What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where I can improve operations, manage client relationships, build repeatable processes, and take ownership with autonomy and accountability.

I've built and run Grow Now, an agricultural production and commercialization company, since 2013. I managed operations, sales, client relationships, finances, inventory, and records before designing processes and SOPs that enabled a trained team to run daily operations independently.

I've also acquired and supported clients at V Energy (TotalEnergies) and AFP, handling advising, onboarding, account follow-up, issue resolution, and retention. I bring 10+ years across agricultural, commercial, and financial sectors, with fluent English and Spanish and a fully equipped remote-work setup.
