I'm looking to lead operations, client success, and remote teams where I can build scalable systems, improve processes, strengthen client relationships, and use AI automation to make teams more efficient.

At Bros Phone Parts, I lead operations for a remote team, owning KPI reporting, stakeholder escalations, SOPs, supplier negotiations, and inventory flow.

I've built and documented processes across support and supply-chain functions, coordinated accountability through Trello, ClickUp, CRM platforms, and Shopify, and use ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to automate back-office work and reduce manual reporting.

Earlier, I drove lead generation, CRM management, business development, and client relationships at Bros Phone Parts, while my customer service work on the Western Union project strengthened my ability to handle regulated transactions, difficult conversations, and process improvement under pressure.
