I've spent over 10 years building a career at the intersection of program management, digital transformation, and financial services, working across banking, fintech, and insurance in Latin America and internationally.

Most recently, I led a transformation program at a bank in the Dominican Republic, owning a portfolio of strategic initiatives end to end: setting priorities alongside senior leadership, managing a dedicated budget and cost center, tracking P&L by workstream, and removing operational blockers to keep delivery on track. One result I'm especially proud of: redesigning the client onboarding process from the ground up, taking account-opening time from two days down to fifteen minutes through a fully digital, compliant solution. I also led the launch of a bank's sub-agent network, extending financial services into underserved communities.

Earlier in my career, I worked in global payments and fintech (Wirecard AG, GCS International), coordinating cross-functional teams across Latin America, Asia, and Europe on projects spanning card issuance, mobile wallets, and agent banking, and at an insurance company, where I led one of the first AI-driven self-service kiosks in the local market.

What I bring to a team: the ability to translate strategic priorities into structured, measurable execution. I'm comfortable owning budgets and financial tracking, coordinating stakeholders across business, risk, and technology, and reporting directly to executive leadership. I'm a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®) and founder of the Women in Agile Dominican Republic chapter, and I use AI tools like Claude daily to work more efficiently, turning research and analysis into structured deliverables faster.

I'm genuinely interested in digital transformation, financial inclusion, and agile ways of working. I hold a triple major in International Business, Economics, and Finance, plus two master's degrees (Manufacturing Leadership; Agribusiness Management for Export). I'm fully bilingual in English and Spanish, based in the Dominican Republic, and open to remote program management, transformation, or operations roles across Latin America and internationally.
