I'm looking to support customers, communities, or delivery operations in a fast-paced remote environment where I can resolve complex issues, improve processes, collaborate across teams, and deliver a high-quality experience.

At Crew Me Up, I supported community members and vendors across phone, email, and messaging while resolving escalations and maintaining accurate interaction records.

At Courier Call Logistics, I served as the day-to-day contact for 30+ delivery personnel and client accounts, proactively monitored delivery activity, resolved non-standard situations, and verified shift, performance, and billing records. I also designed a tenure-based recognition program that improved client and employee satisfaction.

Previously, at Homer Logistics, I supported a 300+ associate delivery fleet, managed shift documentation for up to 100 associates, and helped improve scheduling efficiency through utilization analysis.
