At KELE, I reverse engineer and document Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud implementations, working with Salesforce engineers to improve architecture, data models, automations, integrations, and governance.

Previously at Varsity Spirit, I supported Salesforce Marketing Cloud for approximately 50 users, built journeys, automations, SQL queries, data extensions, and reporting across Salesforce, Snowflake, SQL Server, Power BI, and Google Analytics. I also led the Universal Analytics-to-GA4 migration, developed a long-term analytics data strategy, directed technical strategy for multiple web properties, and managed approximately $1 million in annual marketing technology platforms and services.

Across web development, enterprise IT, and product work, I've built websites and applications, supported blockchain-based identity and marketplace platforms, contributed to FedEx International Shipping Assist, and managed systems serving more than 300 users worldwide. I also founded and developed Compass, a custom WordPress theme and technical publishing project.
