What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a sales or sales operations role where I can use outbound prospecting, consultative selling, Salesforce, and relationship management to acquire and retain clients.

I generated €80,000+ in recurring annual donations for the Finnish Red Cross through cold outreach in commission-only door-to-door and kiosk environments. I was the top salesperson for three consecutive months, managing prospecting, qualification, objection handling, and closing independently.

At Freedom Mobile, I independently managed retail store operations while guiding prospects from outbound outreach and needs discovery through to close. I also mentored new sales representatives on communication, objection handling, and consultative selling.

Alongside sales, I spent six years as a Research Assistant at the Centre for Healthcare Innovation, managing concurrent projects, stakeholder relationships, conferences, and public engagement initiatives. I've completed the Salesforce Sales Operations Professional Certificate and hold the Canadian Securities Course (CSC®) with honours.
