I started in outbound sales and developed my skills through high-volume prospecting, appointment setting, lead qualification, and eventually taking ownership of the full sales cycle. I’m specifically looking for companies that offer a legitimate base salary alongside commission, because I want to work with established businesses that are genuinely investing in their sales team rather than relying entirely on commission-only compensation.
