Across more than 20 years in payroll and HCM, including leadership roles at ADP and Coupang, I have led product strategy, multi-country programmes, customer implementations and cross-functional delivery across EMEA, APAC and LATAM.

• Reduced product configuration effort by 40% through ADP’s global automation roadmap.
• Shortened customer contract-to-go-live time from 12 weeks to 8 weeks through workflow redesign, automation and standardisation.
• Increased implementation capacity by 20% through automation capabilities.
• Led international payroll and HCM launches, alongside migration initiatives for UK and Netherlands customers.

At Coupang, I led global payroll technology and enablement, including OnePayroll capabilities spanning daily, weekly and monthly payroll. My work connected Workday, time and attendance, payroll and Finance requirements, bringing together internal teams and external delivery partners.

Through Profice Consulting, I currently lead a multi-country Dayforce payroll integration and partner-certification programme, covering requirements, API data contracts, delivery priorities, testing and programme governance.
My strength is bringing Payroll, HR, Finance, Product, Engineering and implementation teams together to make decisions and deliver complex change. I combine commercial product experience with practical understanding of customer onboarding, data migration, integration, UAT and service transition.
