At Lucy Group Ltd, I implemented Oracle HCM for circa 3,000 employees and project managed global reward, benefits and policy change. Through PCS3 Ltd, I launched a hospitality business and continue to deliver independent HR consultancy; I’m available from January 2027 for remote or flexible work in the UK.
