My background spans SAP SuccessFactors (EC, ECP, RCM, ONB), SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fieldglass, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, Cornerstone, MS Dynamics and related HR/Payroll stacks, underpinned by deep knowledge of Australian payroll and workforce compliance (Fair Work, EBAs, public‑sector frameworks).
