At National Energy System Operator (NESO), I rebuilt HR data governance for a live SuccessFactors-to-Workday transformation. I aligned HR, Finance and Technology around one governed data model and delivered an operating model to support the rollout.

At DP World, I integrated more than 100 legacy HR and payroll systems into a governed MDM/Data Lake, lifting payroll accuracy above 98% across 23,000+ staff. I also redesigned HR and Finance processes, freeing £1.5m in operating costs.

At Travelport, I led the People Data & Insights function, modernising Oracle, OrgVue and ServiceNow and building real-time executive reporting. The work contributed to £2.5m in savings and improved workforce forecasting accuracy by 15%.
