What I'm looking for
I’m an HR Technology Manager leading global HR people technology, with a strong focus on HRIS migration, end-to-end data governance, and business-ready service delivery. At Mintel, I’ve been the primary point of contact for HRIS queries globally, triaging and resolving HR, employee, and manager requests while building self-service guidance to reduce repeat tickets.
I also manage HR technology roadmaps across 16 countries, combining governance audits (e.g., UKG Pro time management) with practical improvements like automation of PTO accruals and integration stability. I’ve built HR reporting suites and repeatable analytics tools, partnered on HR systems integrations (UKG Pro to ADP and Azure), and delivered HRIS modules through the full lifecycle—from scoping and UAT to adoption—while embedding change management, compliance, and GDPR-aware controls.
