I've built operating models, governance frameworks, and data integration standards connecting HR, payroll, and finance reporting. I work directly with C-suite leaders and boards to turn transformation strategies into prioritised roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and AI-enabled ways of working.

Previously, I led EMEA solution architecture for Workday HCM and Finance at Collaborative Solutions, securing contracts worth up to €15M and improving pursuit conversion by 30%. At HCL Technologies, I established and scaled the EMEA Workday practice, owning its P&L, pricing, resource planning, and operational performance.

My career also includes global HR technology, shared services, organisation design, and change leadership roles at IBM, Accenture, and Diageo. I bring 20+ years of experience leading complex international programmes, developing high-performing teams, and delivering sustainable service improvement.
