At Helmet Translations, which I founded, I manage translation and interpreting projects and work as a freelance translator, proofreader, interpreter, and subtitler. My projects include corporate documents for McDonald’s and FIFA image rights transfer contracts with sponsors for the 2014 Brazil World Cup.
I worked as a Senior QA Controller at Netflix - Sfera Deluxe, assessing European Spanish subtitling and dubbing across series, films, and documentaries. I was the official QA controller for the first season of Marvel's Jessica Jones.
At the University of Murcia, I taught general, specialized, and audiovisual translation, as well as consecutive and simultaneous interpreting in French and Spanish. I also spoke at master’s and bachelor’s degree programs.
I managed international cooperation projects in education and healthcare across French-speaking African countries at Polaris World Foundation for Cooperation and Development Aid. Alongside my language work, I’ve studied data science at The Bridge | Digital Talent Accelerator.
