Núria Salcedo Albert
@nriasalcedoalbert
I deliver complex multilingual localisation projects on time, coordinating global teams, vendors, budgets and quality at scale.
What I'm looking for
At LanguageWire, I manage hundreds of multilingual localisation projects each month, coordinating 60–70 languages per project for international clients across Asia-Pacific and Nordic markets.
I've maintained above-95% on-time delivery across order intake, project volume and delivery performance while overseeing more than €100K in monthly project revenue, budgets, cost control and profitability.
I lead an internal team of around 10 and coordinate global linguist networks, planning scope, resources, workflows, schedules and linguistic quality for high-complexity deliveries. I also mentor Project Managers and improve processes that strengthen efficiency and quality.
Previously at Pangeanic, I managed translation projects across pharmaceutical, geographic information systems and academic sectors, prepared tailored quotes, managed vendors and performed final quality control. My background also includes technical translation and review from English and German into Spanish.
