I am a dedicated and customer-focused professional with experience in healthcare administration, HMO customer service, and account management.

Since February 2024, I have worked as an HMO Officer/Customer Service Representative at Westcare Hospital, Ejigbo, Lagos, where I support patients and HMO clients, facilitate effective communication, and help ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Previously, from 2019 to 2022, I worked as an Account Manager at Tope Folarin Merchandise Company, where I developed strong skills in account management, customer relations, sales support, record keeping, and maintaining positive client relationships.

My professional experience has strengthened my communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
