I’m a dedicated and customer-focused graduate with a BA.Ed in English Studies and over 1 year of hands-on customer service experience. I bring a strong communicator’s mindset and a keen eye for detail to every client interaction.

In my customer service role, I delivered frontline support to clients and stakeholders by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a fast-paced environment. I managed daily client communications (phone, email, and in-person), provided accurate information, and followed up promptly to resolve issues effectively. I also collaborated with team members on escalated matters, maintained detailed records of interactions and transactions, and used active listening to de-escalate complaints and achieve positive outcomes.

I’m especially skilled in customer relationship management, issue escalation, and record keeping—balancing professionalism with speed and accuracy. I enjoy working in team environments, applying agile methodologies/adaptability under tight deadlines, and keeping communication clear through both verbal and written channels.

I’m eager to transition into Customer Service or HMO Officer roles in healthcare/insurance settings, with a strong interest in healthcare administration and health insurance processes. I’m prepared to maintain efficient, accurate client service while contributing to smooth, organized operations.
