What I'm looking for
I’m an HR Business Partner with 4+ years of HR experience in IT/Product environments, focused on building scalable people operations for technical teams. I support a 120-person Product & Engineering cluster inside a 550-person division, working closely with stream leads across distinct growth stages and org structures.
In my current role, I standardize HR workflows and approval rules across 5 business streams, eliminating recurring process errors and reducing friction between HR and managers. I own payroll cost and headcount reporting used directly by leadership for hiring, budget, and structural decisions, and I lead org restructurings affecting 120+ employees while maintaining data accuracy and process continuity through leadership transitions.
I also run end-to-end quarterly performance cycles—goal setting, OKR/KPI tracking, and manager calibration—while owning headcount planning and managing up to 25 open roles during active growth phases.
